anon - Have you tried it? Or are you basing your thoughts on assumptions?
I use it frequently and have done for some time, and no malware has escaped from the sandbox although some web pages will maximise the browser within the sandbox. Bear in mind that i regularly deal with malware of all sorts by downloading it firstly within a sandboxed environment and then outside the sandbox but my computer remains clean and uninfected.
	Regards

There is no "100% safe" solution. Stop being hyperbolic.

Charles - As you so rightly say, most programs do make a multitude of changes whether saved from a sandboxed environment or not. It is important that users create regular system backups rather than rely on System Restore which can frequently be infected with malware.
Even with the protection of sandboxie, users have to use common sense when recovering items and saving them outside of the sandbox.
Many thanks for your visit and comment :)
	Regards
