I've been using Runtime's DriveImage XML for more than a year, but very often it won't run despite my doing everything exactly the same. It's puzzling. In the Services I activate both shadow-copy making processes (MS and Volume SC), choose the target, click through to run, and it hangs; I have done this too many time to count, and it runs only half of the time. Some kind of thing is changed that prevents its running, obviously, but I can't figure out what nor do I know how to diagnose the problem.
